Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
SixAxis functions that require lifting, shaking or moving of the controller will not work. Save for your multiplayer PS2 and PSone games. PS3 games without major SixAxis functions will work just fine as well. Love the other functions, and the placement of the PS button is in just the right location to prevent you from accidentally hitting it--something I can't say for the standard controller. Overall, some ups and downs--too bad this puppy doesn't do SixAxis.
