This DVD is perfect for those of us that have danced in our lives, but now need to stay in good fitness condition. This is a blend of all the best techniques for the body to stay flexible and also strong. But the best of this DVD is the teaching and cues of Sue West. She is amicable and kind, lovely and strong. I feel like she would like to teach us all in person and I relate to her as she is apparently a dancer, as well.
The filming is gorgeous to say the least and I enjoy the music as it has great movement quality to its composition and never intrudes in the classical creation of this workout. I highly recommend this for women of all ages
