I'm listening to this disc whenever I want to create a relaxed mood for friends or just for when I want something soothing going on in the background. The only thing that makes this disc even better is that it is a double CD set, so I get to enjoy it for longer. Also, I gave this disc to my friends that were having a hard time during the holidays. I know it made a difference for them too.
