This book was heartbreaking, but very well written. I could not put it down. I felt very involved with this family and cried with them and cheered with them as well. When you have someone who can write a story from this perspective, it adds so much more to a true crime book! A book not to miss!

This books ranks right up at the top of the true crime books and has all the makings of a classic. It involves the reader from the very beginning and keeps him turning the pages to find out what happens next. "Murder in Mayberry" has suspence, emotion and excitement. You'll be glad you read it.
