I read this book after my baby girl died. I had read other grief books, but this book was the best BY FAR! There were so many detailed, personal stories about how parents found healing after their babies were gone. With so many stories speaking to your heart, you can't help but personally relate to a lot of the writers. The stories were very interesting ... I read, cried and read until the last story. I really enjoyed the self-help section. It was soooo informative! It gave specific tips for getting through the first weeks, months and year. It also talked about the "due date blues" and other anniversary dates that might be depressing. Most importantly, the book tells readers how to get through those tough times! The author had three babies who died, so she knows a thing or two about grief! I also love the long list of resources at the end of the book. The author has a blog that gave even more details ... just search for her name. You won't be disappointed!
