Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I really enjoyed this book. It really draws you in and makes you crave the next little clue that comes about in the abduction investigation. The characters are really so much like real live people, it's amazing.
I wouldn't hesitate to give this book as a gift. There are a couple minor typos but hey, nothing's perfect. I'd rather read a well written book that is interesting and has a couple minor mistakes, than a totally boring perfectly executed book any day.
