There have been many reviews on this wild game cookbook and with an average review of outstanding I can see why. This is a very good cookbook. I have found that with all Cousin Rick Black's work we really enjoys hunting and outdoor cookery. His passison shows in all the pages.I had the chance to meet Cousin Rick last year at a Chili Cook-Off. He is truley a fun person to watch as he cooks and tells his jokes. My wife found him to be a teacher and a gent. Hometown type of speaking and again, fun to watch and listen too.
