Order Status Definitions

New Order Your order has just been placed. New orders are normally processed an hour. As soon as the status is updated an email will be sent.
Pending Shipment Your order has been received and it is currently being printed and packaged. As soon as the item ships an email will be send with the shipment confirmation and tracking information.
Shipped Your order has been shipped and will be arriving shortly. Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Backorder This item has been placed on backorder for you because the item is temporarily out of stock. As soon as we are able to restock the item it will automatically ship out.
Preorder This item has been placed on preorder for you because the item is not yet released. As soon as the item comes out it will automatically ship out to you.
Canceled/Deleted Your order for this item has been canceled before it was shipped. You will not be charged for this item.
