Success relies on team chemistry, so make sure your squad is well balanced and includes veteran and rookie athletes who are also team players, or on-court actions can become less than satisfactory.
Halftime provides an opportunity to adjust your game based on where improvements are needed most. During a game you can watch the action through the coach's eyes, allowing you to pace the sidelines, make substitutions, and call plays.
