This anime follows the characters from the original Full Metal Panic! series through their day-to-day lives and focuses only on the comedy of Sousuke's fish-out-of-water syndrome as he goes undercover, trying to blend in with the high school crowd, despite his hardcore military training. Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu is in no way a sequel to Full Metal Panic!, but rather an alternate view of the characters. The series consists of unrelated episodes, rather than serials and contains no mecha and almost no action.
