Despite the title, Nurse Nanako is actually a clumsy maid -- though "sex-slave" would be a more appropriate title -- employed by the brilliant, but unhinged, Dr. Kyoji Ogami. When he isn't busy sexually and physically abusing poor Nanako, he's making plans to create a cybernetic combat robot he hopes will be the catalyst in his goal of world domination. The only major snafu is that he plans on using Nanako's brain.
